DELIVERY

At Squire Furnishings, we want to ensure that the delivery of your new furniture goes as smoothly as possible, so you can enjoy your order from the moment it arrives.

ACCESS

Before ordering an item, please make sure the item will fit into the room and that access to that room, through doorways, hallways, and stairways, are wide and tall enough for it to pass through. Accurate dimensions for each item can be found on the product page.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We deliver Monday – Friday throughout mainland UK. If you need your order shipping overseas, we can arrange for your furniture to be delivered to a carrier of your arrangement.

DELIVERY SERVICES

We use several different services to deliver your furniture. You will always be contacted to arrange a date for delivery unless the item is being sent by Royal Mail.

• Own Delivery Team: Most orders to Lincolnshire addresses will be delivered by our own delivery team.
• Two Man White Glove Service: Heavy items of furniture, such as sofas and chairs, wardrobes, divan bed sets are delivered by a specialist two-man carrier, to the room of your choice.
• Parcel Carrier: Lighter items of furniture, such as occasional furniture, bedside chests, roll up mattresses are delivered by a parcel carrier to your doorstep.
• Royal Mail: Small accessories, such as arm caps and cushions are sent via Royal Mail or similar service.
• Direct Home Delivery: Some of our suppliers offer a direct home delivery service. Again, for heavy items this is a two-man service, delivered to the room of choice.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Much of the furniture we offer is made to order so the lead times vary considerably between products. An estimated lead time is shown against each product. Whilst we do our best to ensure that these lead times are as accurate as possible, occasionally delays can happen which are out of our control. Please allow an extra two weeks for delivery to non-UK mainland addresses.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders over £500.00 qualify for free UK Mainland delivery. Orders totalling less than £500.00 will be charged according to the size, weight, and type of product ordered. Carriage will be added at checkout and will vary between £4.95 for small items to £70.00 for large items of furniture and some mattresses. If you order multiple items but do not qualify for free delivery, you will only pay one delivery charge (highest charged item).
