ORDERING FURNITURE

How secure is shopping on squirefurnishings.co.uk?

We take the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. We employ all the latest industry standards to ensure you're protected. Our website is hosted on a secure server (you will see a padlock symbol in the address bar of your web browser) so all data transmitted between your device and our server is encrypted using SSL technology.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes you can. Please contact us as soon as possible to minimise any delay in delivery time. Either email us at sales@ssquirefurnishings.co.uk or call us on 01507 441005 quoting your Order Number.

Can you tell me the availability of a specific item?

Many items are made to order and an estimated lead time for delivery will be shown on the product page. Whilst we endeavour to ensure these lead times are as accurate as possible, they are only an estimate and Squire Furnishings cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Where is my order?

DELIVERY

Do you charge for delivery?

No, unless the total amount of the order is less than £500. Please visit our delivery page for more information of charges on deliveries less than this.

Will you take my furniture to the room of my choice?

All heavy items of furniture, such as: sofas and chairs, wardrobes, divan bed sets; are delivered by a two-man delivery team, to the room of your choice. Lighter items of furniture, such as: occasional furniture, bedside chests, roll up mattresses; are delivery to your doorstep.

Would it be possible to remove my old furniture?

Yes, on most beds and upholstery orders we can arrange for your old furniture to be recycled for an additional charge. On orders were this is possible, there will be an option during checkout to recycle your furniture.

What if my furniture does not fit?

Before ordering please make sure the furniture will fit into the room and that access to that room, through doorways, hallways and stairways, are wide and tall enough for it to pass through. Accurate dimensions for each item can be found on the product page. If the worst happens and it really won’t fit in, we will do our utmost to help you come up with an alternative. Email us or call us on 01507 441005 for further assistance.

Do you deliver overseas?

No, we only delivery to UK mainland addresses. If you need your order shipping overseas, we can arrange for your furniture to be delivered to a carrier of your arrangement.

PAYMENT

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept online payment by credit or debit card. Payment cards accepted include Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Maestro.

Do I have to pay in full when ordering?

If your order value is £750 or over you can select the option at the checkout to pay a 20% deposit only, the balance to be payable just prior to delivery. All orders under £750 require payment in full at the time of ordering.

Do you offer any type of finance?

Yes, we currently offer HELLO15, and you can find links to this throughout the website.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

My furniture has arrived damaged?

In the unlikely event that one of your items has arrived damaged, please contact us straight away on 01507 441005 so we can advise you. Often for minor problems we can arrange for furniture to be repaired in your home, minimising any disruption.

My furniture has developed a fault?

In the event that your furniture develops a fault, please email us or call on 01507 441005 so we can advise you. If your furniture is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty we will liaise with them to resolve the fault as quickly as possible.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

Please contact us as soon as possible on 01507 441005 to discuss your problem. Otherwise send your complaint in writing to sales@squirefurnishings.co.uk , or 3-5 High Street, Sutton-on-Sea, Lincolnshire. LN12 2ET. We will always do our best to help you resolve your issues.
